This adapter box is 3D printed, it's made out of tough ABS plastic. I've used mine for over 2 years, 3 days a week. Works perfectly!

Interference Fit Tabs: Approximately 1% of the customers encountered issues due to a misunderstanding of the design considerations. The mounting tabs on the block are designed with a tapered offset, creating an interference fit. In the original design, the tabs were loose, which led to the block gradually loosening and detaching after a week of use. Given that the block supports a 400 lbs load at its base, this design proved to be unsuitable for durability.

Plastic Type Consideration:

• PLA (Polylactic Acid): PLA is excessively brittle and degrades almost immediately under UV light exposure.

• PTGA (Polytrimethylene Glycol Adipate): PTGA is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs water and has minimal UV protection. It exhibits similar toughness to ABS.

• ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): ABS has a lower yield strength, making it a softer plastic, but it is considerably tougher. ABS tends to yield slightly before fatigue and offers excellent UV protection.

 they purchase my box, copied the design  and now reselling it a cutthroat price…. They sole my design,.  I have reported them to ebay, I was told by eaby would be removed from ebay as this violates ebays protection policy.

Please don’t buy this from this guy or china…. This is my design I tested and redesigned it serval times it was 2-years in development to make it was it is.,... I am very upset about this.  They might as well  have walked into my house and stole everything i own.
